I applied for a date change of my flight from Delhi to Goa and paid 5084 Rs for the same. My request to change dates was rejected by the airlines and I was told a refund will be initiated . There has been no update on this now and I have been trying to contact customer care but they dont answer, only automated messages. I have attached a copy if the email showing I applied for the date change
