On march 10, at 10:17pm i ordered from La pinos using swiggy portal and paid ₹612/- which i received on march 11, 12:45am.
Food was served cold and it was hard to chew. Since we were visiting a new place and has no equipment to reheat the food, we all had to sleep on an empty stomach after waiting for 2 hours. Swiggy declined to give us a refund and when i reached back to them on email, they gave me a humiliating coupon of ₹122.
They need to know that mistake was on their part when they weren’t able to provide us with any delivery agent!
