As my train (02856) NDLS-BBS Rajdhani special was cancelled on 07.06.2021. I booked my ticket through irctc which was confirmed but train was fully cancelled. I talked with irctc agent over phone, they said to call 139 to ensure weather train was fully cancelled or partially cancelled. Indian railway officer confirmed that train has been fully cancelled. Again I called irctc agent about the same, he told me train wasn’t cancelled. I really cant understand if I booked ticket online, they refund should make automatically by irctc, but it is not happening.
Kindly request you to refund the same as soon as possible.
