Paytm is bloody cheating- As per the govt rule I was told by Indigo that I need to contact Paytm for getting my refund,
I am unable to use use the credit shell to reschedule my flight ticket. The ticket was on 2nd April which was cancelled due to covid 19. I could not contact the Paytm chat or customer care .THIS THE SECOND COMPLAINT RAISED AND STILL NO RESOLUTION.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK- I really really need the REFUND and not credit shell.. I want my REFUND.
This is highly unacceptable behaviour by Paytm. So think twice before you book a ticket on Paytm because they will blame it on Covid n will not give any response.. Now this is the first step and if i do not get my refund this is going to the consumer form as a complaint
