I cancelled my flight directly with the airline (air India) and have provided the NOC from Airindia as well to makemytrip (on 1st march 2020) but the refund hasn’t been processed yet. All their customer care phone numbers and email id’s are down and I can’t initiate a request through either web or app as the booking no longer shows up in the “manage my booking” section.
