I paid 99 Rs to Quikr India Pvt Ltd through their E Commerce App Zefo as booking amount for Washing Machine which was fully refundable as per their executive commitment in case of cancellation of order, hence due to lock down in India enhancement i cancelled my order but still I’m struggling for my refund amount , can you please help ?
