I used this website called travolook to book my air ticket. Just after the payment was done, they called me saying that the airline booked price was expired and I have to pay 1500 Rs extra for booking the ticket. I told them that I do not wish to pay the hiked amount. So they said that they will initiate a refund in my bank account. I have received a mail of my ticket cancellation, but the amount has not been refunded back yet. It has been more than10 days since I have been chasing him. The customer care no is also not responding to calls and mail. They haven’t sent me any confirmation on my refund process
