I ordered a mi phone under extra 5000 off upon exchanging but When i was returning the replacement product due to defective in that piece i was told by amazon executive that i will receive the whole amount of 5400 in my amazon pay balance. By then no one said me that i wont be receiving that extra 5000 but now after the seller has received the product they have issued only 400 in my pay balance. And now they are denying about giving the outstanding 5000 amount back.
