After Compliments,

On the 18th Of September, I  recharged my data pack using the Vodafone website. To my dismay my data pack wasn’t working, so I called the Customer Care to complain about the same. Initially, I was told by the CSR that I needed a few apps to be removed for the internet pack to work.  I deleted the apps as suggested and nothing worked. So, I called the customer care again, which is when they informed me that the pack I have recharged with was an invalid one and that the amount would be refunded to me on my main balance after deducting 18% GST. I asked them how can they deduct GST if the sale isn’t valid. I was transferred to a Supervisor who was very crass and rude. So I hung up.

After this I spent 6hrs with Vodafone on call, I have tweeted to them and written them Emails as well. But they keep saying they will call me but no one has called me. My internet isn’t working and they have not refunded my amount as well. This is how Vodafone duped me Rs. 995/=. I also have recorded the calls where I spoke to 3 Supervisors and 2 Social Media Executives.
