I booked flight from Mumbai to Mangalore on 23rd November 2021, but their was type mistake in name of flyer, so i called Travolook office and was informed to cancel the ticket, as they said corrections will charge you more amount, so i cancelled the ticket after speaking their representative they assured me that amount will be refunded in 10 to 15 working days in the same ac from were it has been debited,
but still today i did not received any refund , only promises are made. i had booked the ticket for my mother in law . ticket Ref no. 408634666. i don’t know when will i get my refund , This company is not reliable. Now even they are not coming on phone after a long wait the phone is disconnected.
