I received the product different that’s why I sent the product back. I received an SMS confirming that my returned purchase is safe.
I have also sent you the screen type of that SMS and am sending it to you again for the second time. But till now it has been 15 days. Otherwise I have not received the refund amount. I processed the return of the product the other day. The pickup has been done on 21 February 2023 and the amount has not been refunded even after lapse of 15 days. When I call Flipkart, I get nothing but assurance. Time and again the date is extended on the date of resolution. This fraud has happened to me. I will file a fraud complaint against Flipkart in consumer court I am a youtuber.And I will put video about your bad service on social media..The question is not of Rs 254. The question is about your poor service. The question is of cheating the customer.
