I bought phone from Paytm at 19-Nov-2018 and canceled it on 20-Nov-2018.

But refund is still not initiated.. When calling and asking customer care they says item is not reached to vendor once he will get it we will refund.. On another occasion executive said that Item is reached to vendor but he is not processing refund. Once he will process it we will process refund. Even order status shows Item canceled successfully.
- Here my point is whom I paid vendor or Paytm???
- I didn’t return my item I canceled the item before it reaches to me.. so no point of misconduct.
- If item is not reached to vendor then even after asking vendor detail or tracking details no information provided.
- I asked on many occasion that I want to talk to TL or higher authority but they keep our phone on hold and after some time it automatically get disconnected.
