I have purchased one item on 13 june 2020, from ajio and made payment online , but i wanted to return that item because i thought that quality wise it was not good , i tried to cancel my order but it did not happen and pop up came that you denies for the parcel once it reached , hence my parcel reached me on 29th june and i denied to take and put request for refund.
after that i track my order on there courier partner xpressbees and tracking record was showing i have denied my order thrice, even it was not happend i denied only once , till 4th july i tracked my order it was showing into the courier office only and after 4th july they are not at all showing my tracking details , ajio customer care not picking up the phone and , i sent lots lots mails also, but i did not get response on my complain to ajio shopping website and xpressbees courier email id on;y, auto response mail comes, which says that we will call you shortly, its been month that i did not get response from ajio shopping website and xpressbees , there courier partner not even showing my parcel tracking order, i want to take strict action agaist both.

They are fraudulent, they fooled me as well. They only send automated emails and all their costumer care executives are also fraud. I am thinking of going to consumer court for the same issue. Kindly let me know was your case resolved or not.
