I had paid 12K(including registration) for the IKFW ramp walk for my kid and I didn’t even get a single pic of my kid as promised even after multiple followups
I further paid 3.5K as I was told that it is needed for brand shoot and that this amount is specifically for you since I had paid 12K earlier. So it was supposed to be 3.5K + GST
Then I got a call which said that I need to pay more and that 3500 would be refundable as that is caution deposit for the costume. I said I needed a refund of the 3.5K as the initial information of amount was incorrectly provided and I never had a complete picture on how much to pay. On this they denied the refund & not only that he was arguing for no reason as the message never had the complete amount mentioned
While arguing I also got to know that these people charge any amount from customers and it entirely depends on which customer settles with which amount and here their negotiation skill matters. It is completely unethical to do such an act and is a clear loot

I need a refund of my 3.5K I paid and also the pics of my kid as per the promise otherwise I don’t hesitate in going to media for exposing this big scam
