Hello,
I had made a booking at FabExpress Marol Metro, Mumbai from October 18 to 23, 2023 for 3 guests (2 males 1 female) in one room. Nowhere on their website was it written that these three guests cannot be of different genders. However, when my friends got to the location today (October 18), they were denied the stay and the hotel staff asked us to cancel the booking and told us the refund will be processed by the authorities. When I contacted the customer care of FabHotels, they talked rudely to me and denied my refund. When I asked them why the website did not mention the restrictions about gender on 3 guest bedroom, they said it was common sense that such rooms are only for families.
Please help me in getting my money back and take strict action against the company so that they do not harass any other customer like they harassed me.
