Text of Complaint by Yasharth Luke:

I ordered few items by mistake to a different location. And in 10 seconds I noticed my fault. SO when I tried to cancel my order swiggy’s chat was not working. then they assigned me a delivery partner. I contacted him and told him about my issue. After few minutes the swiggy chat started working and they denied the refund as the order was packed
