I have added 3000 rs in fampay on 12 jan and it got on hold then i returned it to source but it stuck between it and fampay showing they have refunded but i don’t have received any money in my source account till the date. I was been talking on email to fampay support guy named Dipanshu Kiran but not he is not replying and then i complaint to rozarpay which is payment gateway of fampay and they email back that file chargeback on fampay but their is no way I find to chargeback on fampay. Please help me it been 1 and half month they are stop replying i can’t find any way.please help
