The ticket is not issued/ generated but the amount has been debited from my credit card.the amount of Rs.15058 has been debited on 15-03-2022 and credited to AIR INDIA Account with txn id as below.

Flight number:-AI951
Origin and Destination:-VTZ to BOM
Date of travel: 24-03-2022
Note: this is very bad situation to me and unbearable condition of AIR India as its been 1 year over and still i didn’t get my refund back and every time am sending mails to them and respective reply email is the same that you will get refund in 14 working days which is same reply from the past 1 year and i never get a refund which is never ending story .till today i didn’t get my refund yet.
