Text of Complaint by Subinlal:

I have ordered a ceramic product from Amazon and delivered on time.. but the product was damaged i requested for a replacement for the same… The manufacturer has cancelled it.. Do they have the right to cancel..?? I complaint to customer care and they advised me to order again.. and I did.. The delivery date as mentioned too late so I cancelled it on last month… I did the payment through UPI and customer care executive suggested me to wait 3 days.. The product returned on 3rd april by an executive… It’s almost 10 days … i didn’t get my refund… Please do the needful…
