PURCHASED A LAPTOP FROM AMAZON ON 23.10.2021 WHICH IS CANCELLED BY SELLER/COURIER FROM DISTRIBUTION CENTER WITHOUT ASKING ME. THEN THEY SHOWED REFUND STARTED ON 31.10.21 (SHOWS EVEN NOW). MY CREDIT CARD DUE DATE WAS ON 15TH NOV AND I WAITED TILL 11TH NOV. THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY TOLD THERE IS A BLOCK IN REFUND AND IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAYS. TODAY AFTER 7 TH DAY IT IS NOT REFUNDED. THEY SAYS TO WAIT FOR 5 MORE DAYS.
