Refund is not processed even after intimation on 4th of may. Also a hidden charge of 750 rs has been intimated to me on phone which is a complete hidden charge and not at all informed anywhere in the terms and conditions or refund policy

Refund is not processed even after intimation on 7th June 2021. Customer Executives are used to saying you will get money within 24 hrs, but not getting it. Even though, I am not getting a response through their official email id support@travolook.in
Even their response is very poor, customer executives are not ready to listen our words and disconnecting the call immediately.
