I while ordered bicycle on 14 April 2023 from Flipkart . order no. OD427830611366798100 This order is cancelled Flipkart or seller with out any information me on 22 April 2023 02.15pm . I contact the customer care he was told me seller is delaying shippment so Flipkart is cancelled your order. refund date is given me 01 may 2023Till time so i receive the refund why delay please help me.
Ask one question order is cancelled from Flipkart or seller without any information me than why you delaying refund.
On 02 may 2023 I am farward the my issue to Flipkart grievances department through mail (grievance.officer@flipkart.com) then I received the call from grievances department and he’s told within 48 hours we the action to slove the refund delay problem [Incident: IN23050205522339659890] but till time refund is not received me please sir take needful action to slove my problem pls help sir
