Respected sir, i ordered a incrizma stainless steel kadhai from Myntra app on dated 19 Feb 2022. I found wrong item inside box. It was other steel pot than ordered. I make a return request as wrong item received and it was picked by courier person after throughout checking on 24 Feb 2022.But my refund was declined even after refund processed notification in Myntra app.notification,but no refund received. I complained to customer care team of Myntra but no help from them. On 27 Feb. I received notification regarding on hold of refund of this item. I complained again and again. But lastly Myntra blocked my account. Ph. no. given in this Myntra account is 9817136248in the name of Deepak. Address VPO Tosham. Pin 127040.
