I ordered Wall clock on Aug 11th 2023. Received on Aug 13th. I open the parcel they send similarly Different design. So I return request done on same time. And return pickup done on Aug 14th. Still now refund not received. So I contact customer care team. They told wait few days. Then I received a mail from Amazon. They mentioned your return product is Wrong . We send correct product only.so refund can’t initiate. That return product also can’t give you.
