Firstly I received a used and defective smartwatch instead of a brand new watch. Secondly I returned the correct product to the amazon agent and explained it to him and he understood the issue. I get an email from amazon saying they received a counterfeit product and are going to charge me for the same, instead of giving my refund. They are actually bullying me here.
