I have ordered a Havells room heater but company provide me defective item. When I requested for replacement then again provide me fake item instead of Room heater . I have return it again. Now amazon declined the refund. Order ID is 408-5560330-0235561. My Registered mobile number is 9415356473. Please give attention on this issue and provide me resolutions regarding this. I am looking towards you with lots of hope. The cost of this product is Rs 2199.00 and this is big amount for me.
