My new address aadhar card attached..

I am existing vodafone customer, my mobile no: 8886181333.

In the year of 2018, july month mobile net work connection changed, i received my mail from refund.notification@vodafone.com, for my initial deposit money refund DD details, on dated 08/09/2018. Money-544.66..

I take vodafone connection in Vijayawada but in the month of july-2018 i transfer to visakhapatnam.

First time i visit vodafone store in the month of August -2018 Visakhapatnam rednamgardens vodafone store for my refund amount dd detailes and address change also.. At that time executive said that we put a request for dd send to Visakhapatnam vodafone store,  once we receive the DD we inform you, at that i listen that person words and i leave the vodfone store.. Three months completed but i did not received any calls or message from vodafone service team about my request…

 Again i visit vodafone store in the month of 18-December -2018, at that time Raju service person taken my Refund DD request and show DD, we received DD show to but DD invalid.

At that time he said that we put a request for revalidation DD. It will take 35days time refund dd revalidation process.. Then after i said that ok i visit vodafone center after 35 days no madam u visit on month end ok then i visit vodafone store on dated 09-02-2019 then i met again Yamuna and Karthik both persons for my refund DD. They said that no madam still now no one processed about your DDrefund request. They put request about my DD.

Finally i request for what is the status of my old DD NO:087445

Amount:544.66

DD on day:31-July-2018..

Revalidation dd detailed pls share details about my request.

I need my refund money i urgent base almost 8months completed, no one take proper action about my request…

Pls take my query under compliant and so me resolution as early as possible.
