I ordered four set of 3D Attractive Plain Crush Door Curtain-7ft on 25th September 2022 from supplier ‘Sai Arpan Collections’. I got the product but the quality was so poor that I had to return it. After returning the product on 29th September I didn’t get my refund so after few days I called their customer services they said they had initiated the transaction and also provided the transaction id but when I checked with my bank there were no such refunds with from those transaction ids. Those transaction ids were fake and were written like meesho-YZAL1EINLUA3zVO–1 same for 4 products. When I told this to their customer services they didn’t say anything and eventually put their phone on mute. This didn’t happen once it’s twice or thrice already. i want refund to my order
