I booked ticket for my friend dated 8.8.21 from Hyderabad to Patna ,the ticket was cancelled & informed by travolook team that either amount will not deduct or refunded within 15 days .Unfortunately even after consulting them so many times thru mail & call to their support team ,they didn’t refund the amount in my friend’s credit card thru which purchase was made.I am looking for compensation alongwith refund but they are manipulating each time by giving dates or saying that if I am agree the amount will be transferred in travolook wallet .
