My upline Avnish Kumar trap me with 1.4 lakh INR & register me with qnet vihaan direct selling using fake email id created by him & buy product on my behalf from qnet using my IR ID for me.Lateron when I know the fraud & cheat i manage to get my email id ,IR ID, password & cancelled membership and product order & also requested for refund dated 16.2.21 (product ordered dated 4.2.21) within 30 days as per qnet term .But after following qnet support thru call & mail till yet I could not get refund.I am jobless & affected badly during pandemic financially & mentally by qnet support & their refund team.Kindly help me to get back my money so that my family can survive.
