This is regarding refund cheque (Rs 1594.93) for postpaid number 9825037034.
Its been already more than 2 months I haven’t got the cheque yet. I used to get my bills every month since 15+ years & how come the courier guy was not able to locate the address for refund cheque?
I went to Vodafone Store (opp Kothawala flats, Paldi) on 13th March & they registered a complaint for the same. I was told that I can collect the cheque on 5th april but there was no cheque. Today when i went again they told me to send an email & told they cant help me on this anymore.
Who am I suppose to contact now ?
