Sir , I had ordered a boat strom display with Bluetooth Calling & 550 Nits Brightness Smartwatch on dated 31 march 23 and it was delivered on 2nd april but after checking I found defective so, decided for replace. And replacement received on dated 6 April but, agin same issue observed so decided for refund. Product pickup were scheduled on dated 13 April but delivery boy came on 9 April for product pickup without any OTP, when I asked for it then he replied for refund product it doesn’t required. so after half an hour of product pickup, in flipkart app shows notification in oder section that your refund has been cancelled, then I immediately called to customer care and filed a complaint against problem that i faced,Then they said that it might be happened because of sever down issue, so after 24 hours it will be get resolved, I keep waited for 24 hours and again I called them and then they registered complain and replied to wait for 3 working days we will resolve. but they don’t provide any help. I am tired of calling them, every time they provide a new date for resolution. Alrady one month has been completed Please help me to come out from this.
