I am Aniket Singh, an old and happy flipkart customer till now. I ordered a set of product (chandelier) with phone number 8171577255 and of order id : OD222140751633409000 . I returned back the order as it was small in size. These two product was supposed to be picked in two different days. One first day of return you delivery executive picked both the product back with him self and afterwards initiated refund for only one product. Next day another partner cancelled the pickup as there was no item to return.
Now I trying to seek help from your so called user friendly customer executives. They have initiated escalation and told me to wait till 6 for backend team to resolve it . Its already been 10+ days and I had discussion with three of them and now they are saying to wait till 15.
How long do I have to beg you guys for help. Now i think it was wrong call to order product from flipkart. You have lost one valuable customer. This is my last hope. Please help me on this issue
