I had ticket from Bombay to Delhi on 26th march. Ticket was booked by bookotrip vendor for airindia airlines, trip was cancelled by airindia due to lockdown. I have explained them that I am not working anymore and leaving mumbai permanently so asking my refund. Now bookotrip said airindia is not refunding money and airindia said to travel on another date till 30th September but will not refund money. I want the full refund so that I will think about other mode of transportation once lockdown open. Please help me to get the refund. They have mentally tortured me alot by sending lots of emails and customer services. Airindia executives hangup the call without providing solutions.
