I have cancelled my booking with id: WHEA4892 of INR 2944/- and have claimed for refund and received the mail confirming the same and asking to wait for 7 to 14days then again on 16th November 2020 I called as the amount was not refunded. I was said that the refund has again been initiated and will take 7 to 14 days. I waited and then on 3rd December I tried contacting them but couldn’t. On 4th December I mailed them regarding the refund. Its really pathetic that i am not able to contact the oyo service team. Also its been a month and not received my refund back.
