My flight book id with MMT is NF20116276893720, the Spice jet flight was not operational due to lockdown and MMT had sent me email mentioning I can reschedule flight tickets till march 31 2021. i have tried to book the ticket on last month (january 2021 )using spicejet credit shell option, but we really can’t make i it . we tried ask mmt help me to settle the issue but we didn’t get any response from them , so we can use my own money to book the another ticket . they don’t have any customer care for flight bookings to help us.
Either I want refund of my flight ticket RS 6096 INR.
