I am sk Pathak. I have booked 3 rooms through oyo with booking ID TZRI 4724 and made online payment Rs 1320.but the hotel staff dinied to provide room.i have made several call to oyo.they unable to help and told me to cancel the booking. I have canceled the booking but not got refund and neither any assisfrom oyo.
