I first ordered from them on 26th July 2025, then request cancelled on 28th July they replied that they cancelled the order successfully, I was like yeah it’s a big company and we’ll know ofc they will give my money back so idiot placed a 2nd ordered on 2nd August and now it’s 7th August guess what ? I dídnt get my refund even after 7 days of cancelled and not even my order is here
They are having fun messing up with tracking status,

I believed them cuz my mom try their product
So trusted and try to order from their website, but I didn’t know they are scammers a big fraud company that disappear after scamming you, don’t reply to mail
