HI, I placed and order on AJIO and the website description was inaccurate. They sent something which is 5 sizes bigger and hence I want to return it.
Firstly there site is bugged or they have an issue and are unable to pick up. after 20 calls between April 27th – May 10th, I figured that I have to ship the product,.
Secondly, instead of repeatedly requesting for a valid mobile number for the receiver, they shared the call center number and I had to ship using that
Now, Bluedart has attempted delivery and the consignee is not accepting the product.
At this point when I call AJIO, they refuse to take any action since i used a third party logistics(bluedart).
This is not done. I did everything that they asked me to
