I had purchased a product month ago and I got a different and defective product on dated 01/04/2023 and I had raised a complaint multiple times but since no resolution. I need refund for the same ASAP. I have last raised complaint for return nd refund bt without any confirmation they have raised the same for replacement. Hence I don’t want any replacement product I just want my refund or rs. 3509.
