I have ordered LG double door refrigirator from paytm mall on 2/11/2018 and it is delivered on 20/11/2018(Bhavnagar-Gujarat). after delivery the product found totally in damaged condition.return request is placed but still today there is any action taken for pickup of damaged product. lots of calls have been given to customer care but they are simply write it is in process. do the needful please order ID is 6437402119
