Text of Complaint by Sreedhar Chitteni:

The return pick up is not happening and refund is not initiating.
We received product on 11th oct and due to damage on product first registered complaint on 12th oct.
1st ticket raised on 12th oct and got that it will be resolved by 14th oct.
2nd promise date is 21th
3rd promise date is 25th
4th promise date is 29th
5th Promise date is Nov 3rd.
From Nov 3rd daily getting to wait 24 hours and just like that hours are passed.
Without resolving the ticket closed and after connecting they opening and closing new ticket
I have been connecting daily from 29th oct days till manager level but nothing worked and still keep on postponing none.

24 days passed , from 30th oct daily am connecting and every days they that simply to wait, still how many days need to wait ( 1 year) ?
