Icici agent/merchant services cheated me by dilevered opened swip machine, I complaint and asked to take it back and cancel this. They said after 7 days it will be picked up but it’s still here at my place and not yet used by our staff . From 2 months I’m trying to contact but they only say they will pick up and refund but not yet any action taken by them . Merchant services continued to deduct amount from my account.i want refund because we didn’t even use and that’s received open machine. It’s fraud so please refund my money as soon as possible it’s around 15000rs .. please help me out from this situation..
