Hi, I had ordered few items from Ajio in April. I have kept some of them and want to return the ones which are not fitting me well.. I have been following up with Ajio since 3 rd June and have also mailed to grievance officer but till date there is no resolution. They changed the return window of product from 30 days to 15 days after crossing 15 days time. Then they are not helping me with the return. After a lot of follow up they agreed to do so, picked 1 item out of 3 items and then blocked my account which had ajio cash also.. Now I am chasing them from last 10 days they are saying they can’t help and system has blocked the account automatically.. It more than 6 k + ajio cash that they are not returning to me. It’s a big fraud they have done. I soon want this shopping portal to get banned, because they are not willing to accepts customers returns. If they say return and exchange is available on every product why do they have problem in accepting it when the customer is returning the items
