I have complained about disconnection and refund of caution money of Rs. 1500 for each device disconnection and pickup of two of my jio fiber connection one week before on 9th April 2022 and they told me that the process will start within three days but now they haven’t done anything and not responding to calls of mine. What should I do as I am so much scared now. Please help me on this. Thank you
