mae data entry job k liye apply ki thi quickr se phir mko call ayya free of cost m ..mko 680 data entry fill krni thii 7 days m ek mahi nam ki bandi n call kiya tha phir mere addhaar card manga mae de di phir kch photo r signature after dat verfication k baad usne bola if app bina btaye work chorte ho th apko5000 pay krna hoga r agr app 680 document fill ni krte ho th app form bs submit nh hoga r payment nhi milegi th mae accept ki bt agreement paperb m kch r likha tha phir mera phone kharb ho gya jise m contact nhi kr payi 1 week hua hi tha usne mko ek fir notice mail k through bhej diya mae ky krun mujhe kch smjh nhi aa rha h plzz help meh out

Same happened with me also they have send me FIR REPORT and I haven’t joined also still they are doing the same.
I got the same call today but I didn’t accept her job offer, her voice is all fraud I asked that girl mahi to send company website on WhatsApp she replied WhatsApp is not safe. Now her phone is switched off +91 96241 99841 she contacted me through this no.
I got a call from afternoon, and I do all these things regarding documents and submitted, then I had feeling what if they were fraud, bcoz according to their contract if I failed in accuracy of 90% then I will be payable of amount 5980 rs.
So I checked and found these complaints regarding this company.
Mainey sab kuch submit kar diya tha, but unkey according login ID wagarah nahi aaya to nahi hua submit..
Mainey unhey mana kar diya hai..
mere saath bhi same hua , what can i do know , they were saying ki court mai present hona hai and all ? what can i do ??

This company is such a fraud and I am too stuck with this.
Kindly help me know ki what happened with you all. Lets bee together to stop them from trapping more people.

It’s fake… U guys can google how court summons looks like…. Plus even court decided to summon u guys to court then one copy of summon will be send to you through speed post or police officer from ur near police station .. So don’t worry…. Plus u can see there is no bar code or anything related to court….. Plus people has to submit FIR through police not by some random lawyer… Even u guys summon to Court u r not liable to pay because u didn’t earn anything… In first place and no company can force anyone to do work in India.. Plus u didn’t sign anything agreement on stamp paper or face to face agreement…… So even court will dismiss this type of cases.
It’s fraud ya company dissolved ho Chuki hai UK mein 2020 mein…..
Look at the court letter carefully they didn’t not provide any detail regarding company…. And if u guys google any court letter then you will find court details, company details, sender and receiver details with court stamp digitally. And in this court letter there is no such thing so this lawyer is fraud too
Mere sath bhi yesa huwa hai. Ap sabhi najdik ke police station me complaint kar ek copy apne pas rakh lo. Apka agreement koi face to face nahi huwa.
