On 31st oct I booked a car from Bangalore (jps69wc8o) and I opted delivery pickup option but the car was not delivered to me and the same informed customer support multiple times they said it will get cancel and get refunded.
Till today the ride was not cancelled and also I was receiving the message stating 32520 to repay
Even on 1st Nov I booked a car jps69wouc and opted for delivery pick-up but I haven’t received it and same informed to customer support and they have cancelled it and refund my amount but till today I didn’t received it.
One of the worst customer service I have seen so far from zoom cars.
