I subscribed 6 months broad band plan but I used the internet for 2 and half month only. I had disconnected Airtel Broadband service on date 10th Dec-21 because due to COVID-19 I had to visit my Native Place.
I have raise for refund process but still I am not getting my refund amount which 1943/- approx..
I have send 100s of mail to Airtel team but they are keep telling me working on the refund amount but not luck for me.
3-4 time I have provided my bank statemen and blank check but they not responding to me.
They are harassing me too much. I had visiting Airtel customer care sector-11 Gandhinagar as well. They said, they are looking into that but my question is long they will look into the issue. its almost 6 months now.
