Text of Complaint by alpesh sutaria:

I had purchased TCL TV from Reliance Digital application. Later on, there was technical fault in my tv panel and my TV was under brand warranty. They sent a technician to diagnose the problem and they found the problem. After that confirmed over email that they will process my refund once the TV unit will reach to their warehouse. They sent a team to uninstall my TV but post that no one is coming to pick up the TV unit since last 12 days. And they are not processing my refund either. I have everything recorded on email.
