Text of Complaint by Nikita:

I have ordered food (Zomato) on 28.09.2021 payment mode – Debit card. Domino’s declined my order and Zomato has initiated a refund on the same day and had provided me RRN 30005112711271214324800 as a reference to my refund.

However, the refund which should have been reflected back to my bank account within 4-5 business days is not done till date. On enquiring about the the reason for the delay multiple times, they have always complained that Refund is initiated and it should be reflect in your bank account.

I have contacted the bank customer care, they have informed that they do not have any access to such information and requested to deal with the merchant.

On informing Zomato to Initiate Refund immediately as it is not reflecting in my account they are saying that we have reported issue with top priority but still it’s not resolved

Please resolve this issue.
